Brown & Geeson use various forms of Project Management, from Sage to Microsoft Project to manage customer requirements.

We continually improve our Systems Management utilising internal audits and external certification. Resource Management and Product Realisation are key factors in the Design & Development process.

Systems update

Our Design department have the facilities to use the latest CATIA technology incorporating DELIMA simulation technology. We constantly update our programme environment to be ahead of our customer requirements.

Design & Development

Brown & Geeson has over the past years been involved in the design and development of a wide variety of products on behalf of many famous names in the automotive and marine industries.

In addition to its own design and development team, Brown & Geeson can also call on the equally extensive and experienced services of partners such as Burg - Design in Austria, leaders in thermoforming and screen printing.

Recent investment programmes by our worldwide manufacturing partners will see further, leading-edge CAD/CAM and CNC equipment introduced.

A small selection of products delivered recently to customers have included:

Plastic: Thermoformed Interior dash overlays, Injection moulded wheel covers, bonnet louvers and fasteners

Metal: Press forming for stainless steel air filter housings and door entry guards. Tubular powdered coated steel and stainless steel style bars, side and rear bars. Die cast aluminium wheel spacers and inlet manifolds. Turned fasteners and gearshift knobs.

Other customer projects have included products in wood, leather and rubber.

Our quality objectives for design and development are that we meet all criteria set by our customers and that all projects are completed on time, with a target of 100% customer satisfaction.
