With all our years of experience in developing and manufacturing automotive enhancement products we have gained a wealth of knowledge utilising a large and varied selection of materials. Listed below are a selection of those materials and indeed some of the many varied parts that have been produced.

Metals: Mild steel, cold drawn steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and bronze.
Processes: Press formed products include fog light surrounds, fender trims, air filter housings, door entry guards, (including illuminated), bumper protection plates and bumpers.

Tubular style bars, side bars, front bars, rear bars, lamp bars, exhaust manifolds and induction pipes.

Die casting hubs, hub spacers and wheel spacers.

CNC turned and machined adaptor plates, gearshift knobs and steering wheel quick release units.

Fabricated mesh grilles, exhaust finishers, bumpers, header tank covers and brackets.

Plastic & Rubber: ABS, polyurethane, polypropylene, nylon, acrylic and EPDM rubber.

Processes: Injection moulded wheel trim covers, bonnet louvres and rubber step inserts.

Thermoformed interior dashboard overlays and body mouldings.
